C	Clara Elisa Sanchez Gasga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace un año se rentaron habitaciones para unos familiares,y me comentaron q esta muy deteriorado el hotel,y le falta mantenimiento en su totalidad,en el mes d diciembre del año pasado,fui a querer reservar,pero las habitaciones q me mostraron y q dan a la playa,estaban demasiado sucias,daban el aspecto de no haber sido haciadas en mucho tiempo,los ventanales no se podían abrir,y el cobro se me hizo excesivo por día ,para las condiciones q estaban,2000 pesos,además q la alberca estaba en malas condiciones,sucia,y la entrada por igual,mas bien parece una casa con gente deshaceada,necesitan poner atención al hotel,pie de la cuesta es un lugar hermoso,por lo tanto creo que deben tener las instalaciones lo mejor posible,para que el cliente tenga una excelente estancia. Nos toco una muy mala experiencia pues no había gas, luz y el último día sin agua. Deberían de darle mantenimiento porque es lamentable.
