Lastima de las áreas verdes muy rescatables y dan apariencia que puedes tener una linda estancia. The room that we had horrible, super neglected. A lot of dust in the beds and the bathroom in deplorable conditions and poor hygiene. Too bad of the very salvageable green areas and they give the appearance that you can have a nice stay.

Me gustó especialmente el estacionamiento y el área verde anexo a él, son bastante bonitos y me hubiese gustado tener tiempo para pasar un rato ahí. La atención fue buena. Además era el único hotel en la ciudad que tenía cuartos en ese momento (visité aproximadamente diez) y es que se ve que tiene bastantes cuartos (puntos extra por eso). El detalle es que había algunas cosas bastante gastadas. - había algunos focos fundidos, uno de ellos en mi cuarto. - había partes en las instalaciones rotas. - la temperatura del color no fue de mi agrado. - las rejillas de la ventilación estaban sucias. - el dispensador del agua estaba sucio. - en general los aparatos eran viejos, pero me llamó la atención el televisor que aún era análogo y no se veía bien, además el control remoto no tenía tapita. It was fine, the beds comfortable, the facilities are nice (at least, it looks like they were nice). I especially liked the parking lot and the green area attached to it, they are quite beautiful and I would have liked to have time to spend some time there. The attention was good. It was also the only hotel in the city that had rooms at that time (I visited approximately ten) and it is seen that it has quite a few rooms (extra points for that). The detail is that there were some things quite worn. - There were some lights out, one of them in my room. - There were parts in the facilities broken. - the color temperature was not to my liking. - the vents were dirty. - the water dispenser was dirty. - In general, the devices were old, but I was struck by the television that was still analog and did not look good, and the remote control did not have a cap.

Las lámparas viejisimas y hacen muchísimo ruido, el baño tenía cabellos por todos lados, la ropa de la cama está súper percudida y sucia, las toallas no parecían blancas y además de que una de ellas estaba manchada (manchada horriblemente ?). Cerca de las 9:00 pm fuimos a pedir el cambio de toalla y nos dijo la persona (un señor) que no estaba ya la recamarera para que nos la cambiara pero que le hablaría al gerente para comentarle y enseguida nos la llevaba, esperamos y jamás llegó, por la mañana mi esposo fue a preguntar qué había pasado porque se quería bañar y el señor contesto tal cual "No llego la toalla, no hay" y fue todo. Jamás llegaremos nuevamente a ese lugar Naaaaaada recommended!!!! The attention is terrible, the facilities are super old and it seems that they do not give maintenance, it is even half built. The lamps are very old and make a lot of noise, the bathroom had hair everywhere, the bed linen is super stained and dirty, the towels did not seem white and one of them was stained (horribly stained ?). Around 9:00 pm we went to ask for a change of towel and the person (a man) told us that the chambermaid was no longer there so that he could change it for us but that he would speak to the manager to tell him and he would immediately bring it to us, we waited and It never came, in the morning my husband went to ask what had happened because he wanted to take a bath and the man answered as is "The towel did not arrive, there is none" and that was it. We will never get to that place again
