★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is nice and clean, big and good looking, but I don't like that the pool is forbidden after 6 pm, it's too early. All people have been nice and respectful, and they also aid us in our vacations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hotel!!! Super classy, just not in the best location to get to places by walking. We did make it to the restaurant across from the hotel which was good, but the hotels breakfast was outstanding. Be sure to adk for the carrot jam with a bolillo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was late when we arrived, they took care of us and the rooms were nice as well as the entire hotel.. The restaurant was great with good service and my kids loved the pool. Quick one night stay but a good one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, modern, easy location to find and easy taxi ride into town centre. (~70 pesos)
Pool is nice, but could use a good cleaning. Drinks at pool were a bit lame...expensive, warm coke served with not much ice, no nuts or chips offered.....didn't really make us want to try the restaurant.
Front Desk staff are great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay if you want a quiet place to sleep away from the loud music of downtown. The heated pool is dated but you’ll enjoy it just the same. If you’re staying here take advantage of the restaurant on site. The staff is wonderful and happy to help.
