Solo que los colchones de las camas están duros, aún así descansamos y como el boiler es solar y hacía frío se nos termino muy pronto por la noche el agua caliente y por la mañana peor ni como bañarte con caliente, hasta muy tarde que el sol empieza a calentar ? G	Gabriela García villalon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gustó mucho la habitación hay mucho espacio para guardar las cosas pero lo que no me gustó esq si un huésped reserva la alberca o jacuzzi los demás huéspedes no podemos hacer uso de el ,lo que está mal ya que se está pagando para el uso de las instalaciones o debería de especificar eso cuando uno se hospeda. I really liked the room, there is a lot of space to store things, but what I did not like is that if a guest reserves the pool or jacuzzi, the other guests cannot use it, which is bad since they are paying for the use of facilities or should you specify that when you stay.

No hay ningún tipo de aislamiento sonoro entre habitaciones, ni con el exterior (está muy cerca de la carretera y se escucha todo). Huéspedes a voces y molestando... Hay un sistema de sensor que activa las luces en el exterior y las cortinas de las ventanas no sirven de nada. Te despiertas a cada rato. Es un hotel que no es caro, pero ni siquiera vale el precio que se paga. Además teniamos una reserva de dos habitaciones dobles y cuando llegamos nos encontramos que una de las dos la habían ocupado porque unas horas antes nos habían llamado, no habíamos respondido el teléfono y no confirmamos la hora de llegada. La chica de recepción nos dio la opción de sustituirla por 2 individuales, cosa que se agradeció. Horrible stay! No noise regulations are not respected after 11PM. There is no type of sound insulation between rooms, nor with the outside (it is very close to the road and you can hear everything). Loud guests and bothering... There is a sensor system that activates the lights outside and the curtains on the windows are of no use. You wake up every time. It is a hotel that is not expensive, but it is not even worth the price paid. We also had a reservation for two double rooms and when we arrived we found that one of the two had been occupied because a few hours before they had called us, we had not answered the phone and we did not confirm the arrival time. The girl at reception gave us the option of replacing it with 2 singles, which was appreciated.

Recomiendo llegar al lugar ya que contratando en mostrador el precio fue $400 pesos más barato. Cozy and practical place, it has a pool, jacuzzi and has a spectacular view of the rock, quite good value for money. El precio del hotel justo, básico pero con los servicios necesarios para pasar bien la noche. Se nota seguro nada más y ten cuidado en la rampa para subir si traes Auto porque está un poco escondida la recepción el personal bastante amable tiene alberca cancha de tenis mini futbolito yacusi También cuenta con servicio de snaks cerca de la alberca, Nuevo del hotel An excellent place to spend the night in Peña de Bernal, very close to the center, good location, its rooms are available and the view of the rock is quite good! a	alex urus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me parece un hotel muy limpio con instalaciones modernas cama confortable cumplen con las medidas sanitarias. El único inconveniente que le veo es la entrada al estacionamiento, creo que deberían modificarla pues como está sobre la carretera hay que invadir el carril contrario, lo que resulta un peligro para todos. También hace falta un camino peatonal para salir del hotel y el paso al otro lado de la calle es peligroso, les siguieron que en la carretera pongan un retardador (tope) para disminuir el riesgo de un lamentable accidente. Aún así lo recomiendo, solo extremen sus precauciones al entrar o salir del hotel. It seems to me a very clean hotel with modern facilities, comfortable bed, comply with sanitary measures. The only inconvenience that I see is the entrance to the parking lot, I think they should modify it because as it is on the road you have to invade the opposite lane, which is a danger for everyone. A pedestrian path is also needed to leave the hotel and the passage to the other side of the street is dangerous, they were told to put a retarder (stop) on the road to reduce the risk of an unfortunate accident. Even so, I recommend it, just take extreme precautions when entering or leaving the hotel.
