The owner and everyone there are overly friendly and helpful ... The hotel is small but competitive and very nice, if you can not reach a room in the resort oaxtepec or in the golden ... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar se ve bonito pero la atención es horrible. Medio papel higiénico para dos días en una cabaña para 7 personas. A las camas de les saltan los resortes y el sofá cama super duro. Pedimos una taza de café que cuesta 23 pesos y te la sirven poquito más arriba de la mitad. Medio platito de papas a la francesa con queso 45 pesos. Te prometen cosas que no cumplen. No hacen el aseo de las cabañas y además te restringen el.uso de sillas o camastros. Nefasto servicio, no regresaremos nunca a ese lugar. Tienen un perro grande para seguridad al que no le permiten salir de un pequeño cuartito sin luz y de verdad que hace mucho calor y el perrito sufre mucho!!
The place looks nice but the attention is horrible. Half toilet paper for two days in a cabin for 7 people. The springs and the super hard sofa bed are sprung on the beds. We ordered a cup of coffee that costs 23 pesos and they serve it little more than half the price. Half plate of french fries with cheese 45 pesos. They promise you things that do not comply. They do not clean the cabins and they also restrict the use of chairs or lounge chairs. Nefarious service, we will never return to that place. They have a large dog for security that is not allowed to leave a small room without light and it is really hot and the dog suffers a lot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención, te venden la idea de que es un gran lugar y que tiene distintas actividades pero te cobran por usar todo y el costo del hospedaje no es barato. Te venden la idea de que puedes ir con amigos a disfrutar del lugar pero te restringen de la mayoría de las cosas que te prometieron, no puedes hacer uso de toda la alberca aunque este vacía, no puedes escuchar música con volumen moderado bajo porque está en contra de la política del hotel, y sobre todo el hotel está en un lugar de difícil acceso donde no hay nada que comprar a excepción que lleves carro. Pésimo hotel

They sell you the idea that you can go with friends to enjoy the place but they restrict you from most of the things they promised you, you can not use the whole pool even if it's empty, you can not listen to music with low moderate volume because it's in against the policy of the hotel, and especially the hotel is in a place of difficult access where there is nothing to buy unless you carry a car. Terrible hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un excelente lugar, muy limpio, tranquilo, el servicio es excelente y la comida es muy rica, mi único problema fue el ACOSO que sufrí por parte del señor Adrian (que no supimos si era dueño o empleado) y sus comentarios incómodos, fuera de lugar y de mal gusto hacia mi persona. Mi familia y yo nos la estábamos pasando muy a gusto hasta que este tipo fue más insistente en sus comentarios que casualmente los hacia cuando mi esposo no estaba cerca de mi y a fuerza quería que accediera a que él me diera un supuesto masaje con temazcal el cual nos dijo que solo daba de manera individual por que el espacio destinado a eso era muy pequeño. Si es solo un empleado ojalá le pungan un alto pero si resulta que si es un dueño o algo así y deciden ir, tengan cuidado con este tipejo.
It's a great place, very clean, quiet, service is excellent and the food is very rich, my only problem was the harassment suffered by Mr. Adrian (we did not know if he was owner or employee) and uncomfortable comments, out place and distasteful to me. My family and I we were having quite comfortable until this guy was more insistent in their comments casually made them when my husband was not near me and force wanted to agree that he give me a course massage temazcal which He told us that only gave individually by the space for it was very small. If you only wish employee pungan high but if it turns out that if an owner or something and decide to go, be careful with this little guy.
