Un lugar padrísimo, la vista y decoración increíble, tiene varias cosas a mejorar como el servicio y la limpieza exterior de las habitaciones, que se compensa con la vista y lo bien que se lleva con a naturaleza, recomendable al 100%

BUSQUEN OTRO LUGAR PARA HOSPEDARSE Pueden ver muy bonito el lugar pero desgraciadamente nada más es la fachada. *En mi segundo día se metieron a “hacer el aseo” y me tomaron $1500 de mis cosas. Los administradores no tomaron cartas en el asunto a tal grado que les dio igual ya que les estuve marcando y mandando whatsapp y nunca me contestaron. *No tienen servicio 24hrs *El agua está fría (Hay un calentador dentro del baño que no sirve y que además dice en el mismo aparato que debe estar fuera de la casa por seguridad) *Una toalla tenía un agujero. *Las cabañas heladas. *El internet NO sirve. Pésimo atención al cliente y no cuentas ni con la garantía que tendrás tus pertenencias seguras dentro del cuarto. Hay muchos casos como los míos de este lugar, pueden buscarlo como Quinta Los Morales. Espero que nunca pasen por todo esto, todavía se atrevieron el primer día a que los recomendáramos en redes sociales.

El mejor hotel porque tiene las mejores vistas hacia el pueblo y las montañas ?? las cabañas son muy cómodas y están muy limpias, la decoración es muy bonita, el personal es muy amable, te prestan las cobijas que necesites para que no pases frío, otra cosa buena es que te pueden guardar tu equipaje si es que necesitas por algunas horas o un día; además manejan precios bastante accesibles y está en una zona súper cerca del centro, caminando llegas en un par de minutos, cada escalón vale la pena para poder tener unas vistas panorámicas extraordinarias.

Just some lost promises. Told us we'd have a fridge for our stay. One month later we still don't have one. Kitchen has nothing so don't plan on cooking here. Wifi was told to be 100mb/s which turned out being a shared between 6 rooms 7mb/s when it works. Ended up paying a lot more in restaurants and data plans due to poor management. Nothing done after many talks with management. They got our money and completely avoided us for the following month. Sheets were never changed within the month stay even after asking for a cleaning. Don't come here. Wasted opportunity due to poor management. They will promise you something that'll sound lovely and then turn it to scraps.

The hotel is on the shaded side of hill. The room was very very cold. The fireplace made the room extremely Smokey. Cold showers and bad internet. Overall not worth the €50 per night..

The worst hotel experience ever in Mexico, if this were a hotel. Surprisingly low standard and poor quality all due to the management. DOOR LOCK DID NOT WORK. Hand towel was torn out so bad. Bath towel was not in the room, I had to ask for it and given the worn towels. Bed light did not work due to no bulb fixed. Kitchen light did not lit. Window glass had never cleaned. Bath towel on the floor? Fireplace woods not provided. Very cold room. Hot water pressure is too low to shower. Slow wifi. There are more,,,,, 800 peso per night for learning what bad hotel looks like.

Worst experience ever. There was a really bad mold problem in our room all over the walls, to the point where it looked like a giant mushroom was growing on it. Because of this, the room had a really pungent smell that we noticed right away when we entered, and this can't be healthy/safe for guests. We were given tattered bath towels, no hand soap, the shower took very long to heat up, and there was no heating in the room for the cold nights (that went down to 12 degrees celsius). There was also zero communication and customer service. We booked this place on Airbnb and there was no indication of the hotel name on the listing or address and neither was it communicated to us so we spent quite some time walking up and down the street with our luggage. When we noticed the mold and smell, we requested to change rooms and we were told that there were no more rooms available, but that we could change the next day. However, when we got back the next day, we were once again told that there were no more rooms available, and they did absolutely nothing to assist us with the problems. They do not care about their guests at all, and honestly, this hotel is not fit to host guests in its current state.
