Mucha amabilidad de la encargada.
Highly recommended. Few rooms in optimal conditions, air conditioning, bathroom and satellite TV. A small pool. Many trees. Excellent bathroom.

We gather 10 families and occupy most of the rooms. It has a swimming pool, gardens and good parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It doesn't matter if you speak Spanish: if you aren't Mexican, you're a "Gringo" and he has no qualms about raising prices. 60 days on site and the NEXT jump in price takes the cost so high that I've rented a 3 bedroom 2 bath HOUSE with utilities for 3,600 pesos less than my hotel room.
