★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo. Tuvimos una boda el 27 de octubre y las coordinadoras sabían que iba a llover y nunca nos dijeron que el jardín de eventos no tiene drenaje y se inunda. Se inundó. Todos estuvimos en el lodo arruinando vestidos y zapatos. Al exigir una solución nos contestaron que “era Tepoztlán”. Además, nos quisieron cobrar por una habitación ya pagada y nos cargaron consumos dobles. Te ofrecen desayuno incluido pero este desayuno es continental (café y pan que jamás te dan), y lo demás te lo cobran. Son un asco de hotel y de salón de eventos
Appalling. We had a wedding on October 27 and the coordinators knew that it was going to rain and they never told us that the event garden has no drainage and is flooded. It flooded. We were all in the mud ruining dresses and shoes. When demanding a solution they answered us that "it was Tepoztlán". In addition, they wanted to charge us for a room already paid and we were charged double consumption. They offer breakfast included but this breakfast is continental (coffee and bread that you never get), and the rest is charged. They are a disgust of hotel and of hall of events

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente Hotel con amplio espacio al aire libre para eventos sociales, celebraciones y reuniones, los jardines están perfectamente podados, cuenta con valet parking, también cuenta con capilla al aire libre y por el clima y la ubicación se mantiene muy cálida. Los paisajes son excelente para tomar fotografías.
Excellent Hotel with ample outdoor space for social events, celebrations and meetings, the gardens are perfectly trimmed, it has valet parking, it also has outdoor chapel and the weather and the location is very warm. The landscapes are excellent for taking pictures.
