★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect little hotel for us at a good price. Only blocks from the bus station. Valladolid is not so big, so you can walk anywhere in 15 minutes or less. Otherwise, cabs are always available and 40 pesos or less gets you anywhere in town. I would recommend this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noe the front desk manager was extremely helpful. He took his time and explained everything to us which was amazing.
The hotel itself is very new for the city and I believe only opened up less than a year ago. We chose this location because it's not too far of a walk into the city and on the same road as the ADO bus station. Maybe a 10-15 minute walk to the center.
Rooms were nice, sheets were clean, a little musty with limited circulation but honestly that's just being picky. Everything was wonderful and I'd stay here again just because Noe was such a genuinely nice person who was always available to help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a nice clean place! It has beautiful tiles and a modern updated feel in the room. Octavio who works the front desk was very nice and helpful. Internet worked great along with other amenities. Would recommend to anyone who is in this area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is very clean and nice. The rooms are spacious and everyone is nice and accommodating. The rooms have A/C, ceiling fan, tv, large closet closet space, and the shower water is hot. The area is centrally located to the 3 cenotes, and other sites but about 7 blocks from city center. However, they offer a variety of bicycles that you may rent. Free coffee.
