Pésimo servicio de las empleadas te agreden verbalmente porque opinas en booking, por su ineficiente servicio de agua caliente, por tener la licuadora junto al cuarto hasta más de las ocho de la noche, no tenían Internet, mal el acceso al hotel, no tienen las medidas de seguridad que pide protección civil como extinguidos y rutas de evacuación.
Terrible service from the employees, they verbally attack you because you give your opinion in booking, for its inefficient hot water service, for having the blender next to the room until after eight o'clock at night, they did not have Internet, bad access to the hotel, they do not have the security measures that require civil protection such as extinct and evacuation routes.

1.- están arreglando la calle y al pedir informes de como llegar te lo dicen de una manera por demás grosera, como si ayudarte no fuera su trabajo. 2.- la señorita de recepción tiene una pésima actitud ante las solicitudes de : comidas, bebidas etc. 3.- no había papel de baño 4.- el internet en la dos noches se fue "milagrosamente" a las 12-1 AM y regresó a las 7 AM . 5.- el lugar es hermoso, el jardín, los cuartos, la tranquilidad que se respira, lamentablemente el personal, al menos en mi estancia fue PÉSIMO.
1.- They are fixing the street and when you ask for information on how to get there they tell you in an extremely rude way, as if helping you was not their job. 2.- the lady at the reception has a terrible attitude towards requests for: food, drinks, etc. 3.- there was no toilet paper 4.- the internet on the two nights went "miraculously" at 12-1 AM and returned at 7 AM. 5.- the place is beautiful, the garden, the rooms, the tranquility that is breathed, unfortunately the staff, at least in my stay it was AWFUL.

El lugar está muy escondido, las habitaciones son bonitas pero no hay servicio de agua caliente, espere casi una hora y nunca se calentó el agua, las encargadas dicen que te contestan vía WhatsApp pero mandábamos mensaje acerca del agua y nadie contestó. Nuestra salida era a las 8 am y cuando quisimos abrir la puerta para dejar las maletas al carro, ....la puerta tenía llave. Van hasta la habitación y te hacen inventario minusioso de lo que te dejan y revisan toallas, sabanas etc. La verdad les falta tacto para atender al cliente. No me gustó el servicio, no lo recomiendo, no volvería a ir.
The place is very hidden, the rooms are nice but there is no hot water service, I waited almost an hour and the water was never heated, the managers say they answer you via WhatsApp but we sent a message about the water and nobody answered. Our departure was at 8 am and when we wanted to open the door to leave the suitcases in the car, ... the door had a key. They go to the room and make a minuscule inventory of what they leave you and check towels, sheets etc. The truth is that they lack tact to serve the customer. I did not like the service, I do not recommend it, I would not go again.

que terrible experiencia. Reservé este lugar porque se veía increíble en la booking.com. sin embargo, al final no nos quedamos y reservamos en otro lugar para nuestro viaje. llegamos por la tarde alrededor de las 7:00 p. m. y no había luces ni letreros. Al final encontramos una puerta y tocamos el timbre pero no funcionó. caminamos a través y finalmente encontramos la parte de atrás. de nuevo no había letreros ni luces. cuando llegamos había una chica que podría haber sido una invitada, y dijo que llamará a la recepcionista. la recepcionista fue muy amable y habló a través de la reserva. cuando pidió el pago le dije que ya pagué a través del sitio web. luego llegó su gerente y arruinó toda la experiencia. empezó a decir que no pagué y que no es real. Le mostré la prueba. llamó al sitio web que confirmó que pagué. pero no entendía cómo tomar el pago del sitio web. me hizo muchas preguntas y parecía que no estaba contenta porque si no pagaba directamente al hotel, no pueden cobrarme ningún artículo (lo que parece sugerir que les encanta hacer en las reseñas). También estaba pagando la tarifa de booking.com (por lo que no pueden cobrarme la comisión adicional que les hubiera gustado como sugieren sus reseñas). esta mujer estaba muy enojada y agresiva y su recepcionista estaba tratando de calmarla. al final decidí cancelar y reservar en otro lugar después de esperar más de una hora. In the end we found a door and rang the bell but it didn't work. we walked through and eventually found the back. again there were no signs or lights. when we arrived there was a girl who may have been a guest, and she said she will call the receptionist. the receptionist was very friendly and talked through the booking. when she asked for payment I told her I already paid via the website. then her manager arrived and ruined the whole experience. she started saying I didn't pay and it's not real. I showed her the proof. she called the website who confirmed I paid. but she didn't understand how to take the payment from the website. she asked me many questions and it seemed she wasn't happy because if I didn't pay the hotel directly, they can't charge me for any items (which there reviews seem to suggest they love doing). I was also paying the booking.com fee (so they can't charge me the additional commission they would've liked as their reviews suggest). this woman was very angry and aggressive and her receptionist was trying to calm her. in the end I decided to cancel and book somewhere else after waiting over an hour. they tried to scare me with cancellation fees but booking.com ensured that didn't happen. in the end I'm glad I didn't stay there, all the reviews seem to be correct. the young girl was very helpful but her "manager" shouldn't be working with customers in a hotel as she doesn't have any service skills. the place did look great, but the whole experience ruined our valentine's Day trip.
