★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carísimo $ 650.00 por pasar la noche llegué a las 11 pm. Y salí al día siguiente a las 7 am. No hay agua caliente y el cuarto aprestaba. Si van en plan de trabajo les recomiendo ir al centro de Puebla a hospedarse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bueno, la verdade saco del apuro jajaja aunque caro en la relación con el espacio de las habitaciones, falla el wifi y en algunas el Bluetooth descompuesto, al llegar la habitación carecía de las amenidades de jacuzzi, cepillo de dientes, burbujas etc, faltaba toalla y otros elementos, no sirve el audio y algunas incomodidades, creo el precio no es adecuado a la calidad .
La persona de limpieza resolvió todo lo más pronto posible felicidades !!!! Por ese personal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ojalá se pudiera poner menos de una estrella, anteriormente tenían una excelente atención y buena relación calidad-precio. Pero me voy con un mal sabor de boca en mi última visita y no regreso nunca, las horas que puedes estar viernes-domingo son 8 horas, incluso cuando pregunte para reservar la indicación fue de 8 horas, en la entrada del estacionamiento nuevamente la indicación fue de 8 horas. La comida en el lugar es de pésima calidad y además costosa, razón por la que decidimos pedir por una aplicación, salimos a recoger la comida a la recepción, regresamos a la habitación y nos marcan para decirnos que ya se terminó el tiempo (habían pasado apenas 4 horas de nuestra estancia), les comentamos que no fue la indicación desde nuestra entrada, grosera, nefasta y pésimo servicio por parte de la recepción, no pierdan su dinero, o si van, lleven comida de fuera, no vale lo que te cobran.
