★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reserve por Airbnb con 9 días de anticipación, una habitación con 4 camas y llegando nos dieron una habitación de 2 camas nada parecido a lo reservado, porque la de 4 camas ya estaba ocupada, al final nos dieron otra habitación de 2 camas pero separada, previo nos ofrecieron 2 contiguas como de servicio que no aceptamos, el señor de recepción con disposición de resolver su error, pero no fue lo que pagamos, para colmo ni agua caliente había porque las habitaciones donde nos tocó eran con calentador solar y temprano no había agua caliente, dejo la foto de donde nos acomodaron que no se parece ni tantito a lo publicado por Airbnb, fue mala experiencia.
 Book through Airbnb 9 days in advance, a room with 4 beds and upon arrival they gave us a room with 2 beds, nothing like what was reserved, because the one with 4 beds was already occupied, in the end they gave us another room with 2 beds but separate, Previously they offered us 2 adjoining rooms as a service that we did not accept, the man at the reception was willing to solve his mistake, but it was not what we paid for, to top it off, there was no hot water because the rooms where we had them were with solar heating and early there was no hot water, I leave the photo of where they accommodated us that does not look a bit like what was published by Airbnb, it was a bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible, es un hotel viejísimo al que le hace falta mucho mantenimiento. Las habitaciones están exageradamente caras para lo que son, son muy pequeñas, no tienen televisión, las sabanas olían mal y ¡su colchón es prácticamente una roca!
Horrible, it is a very old hotel that needs a lot of maintenance. The rooms are outrageously expensive for what they are, they are very small, they do not have a television, the sheets smell bad and their mattress is practically a rock!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hotel es bonito pero la atención y el servicio es malo, no cambian la ropa de cama, te cobran aparte para entrar a la alberca y las camas son duras.
Quizá valdría la pena caminar un poco más y encontrar mejores opciones

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad es que no es nada de lo que nos platicaron , para empezar la recamarera muy grosera , éramos 4 personas en una habitación y no nos quisieron dejar más que dos toallas ...
El reglamento muy mal pues justo afuera de la habitación otros huéspedes estaban super ebrios con la música a todo volumen y se amanecieron , no nos dejaron dormir para nada y el hotel carece de reglamento....la verdad un servicio muy deficiente , además el agua de la alberca super mugrosa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bonito lugar para pasar un rato agradable, está bastante amplio, el salón también bien, la alberca climatizada también muy bien. Sin embargo las recámaras no cuentan con ventilador, las palapas no cuentan con asador, si lo requieres tienes que rentar uno hecho con un tambor. El costo de la habitación cuádruple está algo elevado para una noche, poco más de $2000mxn. No se te olvide llevar hielera con hielos porque cerca no hay nada para comprar, sólo una tiendita cruzando la carretera.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención y servicio desde la llegada. En recepción nos recibe un señor mayor con una muy mala actitud.
Se le informó que había reservado y decía que no tenía información de manera grosera, cuando vio la confirmación decía que solo era una habitación, cuando eran 2. Quise mostrar mi teléfono y me dijo que a él no le servía lo que yo dijera; cuando vio que yo estaba en lo correcto, sorpresivamente su actitud empezó a ser amable.
Es una lastima por que el lugar es bonito y tranquilo.
Lastima que no sepan de experiencia al cliente
