Very expensive for what they offer. We were without electricity both days and the water comes out completely dirty, they tell you it is because the filter they have is not enough. I think for what they charge per night, they could put more filters. The place is beautiful, but the "experience" that they promote on their page is completely different. There is no wifi even if they say yes. It is a place to disconnect from EVERYTHING and do NOTHING ... the trails are beautiful but tiny. Finally, the 10 minute walk before arriving, it is a minefield, too many holes and everything very neglected. They are only saved by the food and the attention of the staff.

The place is beautiful if you want to spend a few days or a weekend away from the routine, there is a point before arriving where the signal is already going and in the cabins there is no telephone service, only Wi-Fi and at one point Centrally located, it has to play golf, and the rental of accessories such as balls and clubs is $ 900 or a little more, it has a restaurant to order breakfast, lunch and dinner but pets cannot be inside the restaurant, the food is very good , the enfrijoladas, the chilaquiles and the very delicious food itself, it has a tennis court in which the rackets and the ball are included in the stay, there is also a horse ride for $ 200 per person and there are several activities but What I did not like is that they do not give you an itinerary or give you information about the activities that can be done, you have to ask about the activities you would like to do, but for the rest it is a perfect and very beautiful place to spend with family or with your friends or partner and relax ass. There is hot water and heating in the rooms because it is very cold at night. Recommended!!

I consider that it is expensive for the quality of the experience that they offer you, it is a quiet and pleasant place to rest and NOT do much. In my experience the restaurant food was salty; the service could be improved by the waiters since they did not care much when I mentioned such an inconvenience. There is no WIFI service in the rooms, the signal is very weak, you need to go back to the restaurant to get the signal. They should inform about all the activities available since if you don't ask they won't tell you anything. It was an acceptable stay for the company but I would not return to this place, they still have a lot to improve
