★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hotel ever! The Internet connection is the worst I have ever had!!! The TV didn't work. And a written claim did not help. The TV das then managed, after I pushed again. No tries from their side to improve the Internet connection. The cleanliness was not good. They didn't use a vacuum cleaner for months. This improved, after claiming. And finally the organisation: There was an unbelievable cue this morning for the breakfast room. And the staff couldn't manage. The table were already free, but due to completely unorganised staff or just unwilling staff I waited for more than 30 minutes to get a table!!! Location is good! Never ever again!!! If there were minus points, I would have give minus points!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is old , but rooms are fully renovated. Thefore, the "inside" of the hotel facilities look better than the outside. Two small lifts, but price for a king-size bed room is less than usd100-- depending on the dealer of your choice.Restaurant cost is a little high for this type of hotel, but food is jot bad and plenty. The cost/ benefit ratio for a business trip remains positive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly and generous staff. Attention is great. Location is very convenient. You are walking distance from major sightseeing places in downtown. Surroundings are a bit noisy because the hotel is located on a main avenue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is very accommodating. It's close to every thing- valet & front desk very professional. However the rain for Oct 2, 2021 was not accommodating. THIS IS A FLOOD ZONE. Don't stay here if there are chances of rain or you'll be sorry. Not hotels fault, the city of Queretaro needs to take care of this problem or will be losing business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice quiet position opposite the Alameda, had a room with balcony overlooking the trees. Badly designed bathroom with a tiny space for the toilet and the washbasin in the bedroom. Excellent breakfast, cooked to order

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are spacious, quiet and clean, comfortable bed the only problem with the rooms is the very unpleasant sewer smell coming out of the wash bowl and shower. Very friendly staff. Restaurant staff can't speak english.
