Nice, quiet and cheap, with a warm water pool... the bad thing is that if you forget something they don't deliver it to you ?

Good service, the rooms have windows and a balcony, closet 2 double beds, furniture to accommodate your clothes the only thing that my bed was a little hard ? to make the delicious ..... lol the base is cement. The owner is very friendly, it is close to Chedraui, Oxxo, Elektra and a gas station.

Very cute, comfortable, good breakfast, and very clean. Fact, personally I would only improve the fans, they failed when turned on.

Terrible experience. The lady in front, a certain Erika, has a terrible attitude. They turn off the air conditioning from outside the rooms. They quoted one price (1200) and when we arrived they charged us another if we used the second bed in the room (1500). There are two towels in the room and with a family of four we needed 2 more. They didn't want to give them. They have a rule that you have to stay at least two days, so even if you want to leave after a night of anger, they don't give you your money back (in advance). We arrived one day from the beach and they had no water. We couldn't swim for several hours (up to 900p at night). If you see the other comments, this is not the first time. In our situation there were children and elderly people in our group, so we asked that the money be returned to us for the second night since they were not providing us with the basic service of having water to bathe or for the bathroom. Taratron to fill his cistern with water from the pool since the pipes were not going to arrive until 8pm. The lady remained firm without caring about the consequences for the families that were going (and thus she lost an entire afternoon complaining at the hotel) to the point that the tourist and municipal police arrived - who did not help to solve anything. Lousy lousy service. Horrible service. Front desk lady has a horrible attitude. The hotel disconnects the AC from outside the rooms. Our grp was quoted 1200 per room but when we arrived it chged to 1500 if we needed or put a finger on the 2nd bed in the room. Rooms come with two towels and it is a struggle to get more if you come as a family. The hotel policy a minimum 2 night stay so if you decide you want to leave this nightmare hotel after day 1 and you paid in advance you are pretty much screwed. One day after being at the beach, our grp came back at 420p and there was no water to shower or use the Toilets. Our grp asked for a refund of the 2nd night since we were not getting basic services (water) in a grp with children and elders, and we wanted to go find an alternative hotel. The manager lady refused and gave irrational excuses. They even tried to pump water into their hotel water system from the pool. Complete disregard for the basic needs of guests and families. Our grp insisted on a refund for hrs, wasting our final night in Town on this hotel madness where the local police and tourist police ended up arriving to resolve the situation (they did not help and left after an hr or so). Horrible service, stay away from this mad house.

The experience was unpleasant, we found a cockroach, the sink and the w.c. they were half covered, the shower wasn't exactly clean. During the two nights of lodging there were guests on the first floor drinking alcoholic beverages, smoking weed, shouting on the balcony and playing loud music (until late at night) and at no time did the hotel staff stop them. The location is about 15 minutes from downtown and the hotel staff is very friendly
