★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super nice. Safe. Comfortable and accommodating. Room is basic but has all needed. Hot water was a bit luke warm but still no complaints esp considering price. Clean and healthy environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in room 37 last night. Both beds need to go in the trash immediately. Worst beds ever, springs sticking up everywhere, I feel bruised and battered and I'm exhausted, no sleep what so ever. The room also was not quiet and lit up from the outside bright as day. There was bus parking behind our room and buses were coming and going all night, beeping back up alarms waking me up.
The positives: hotel staff very friendly, good price (425P), great hot shower, relatively clean, and good Location.
Nice safe place to stay, just be sure and check the beds out before you pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a leak in one of the rooms and the staff were indifferent to issues. Would recommend if you're on a budget and want a king size bed in the heart of the city. Other than that, there are much better places.
