★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo muy bien pero no me gustó la atención en la recepción, muy tardado, luego pedimos apoyo para que limpiara el piso mojado por estar en la alberca y se negaron, las instalaciones en general muy bien y muy bonito hotel
 All very well but I did not like the attention at the reception, very late, then we asked for help to clean the wet floor from being in the pool and they refused, the facilities in general are very good and a very nice hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pocos serios. >:/ hice una reservacion. Al pedir la habitación, resulta que se la dieron a otro cliente, y tuvieron la desfachatez de ofrecerme otra, mucho más costosa. Finalmente me retiré, y sin más me cancelaron la reserva. Ni siquiera me recibieron en la recepción, me hablaron desde la puerta principal.
Few serious. >:/ I made a reservation. When asking for the room, it turns out that they gave it to another client, and they had the nerve to offer me another one, much more expensive. I finally withdrew, and without further ado they canceled my reservation. They didn't even greet me at the front desk, they spoke to me from the front door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todos los chicos de recepción son muy groseros, prepotentes y les preguntas algo y contestan de mal modo o ni siquiera contestan y no te dan la atención que mereces. Se sienten dueños del hotel y solo son unos simples empleados. Excelente hotel pero pésimo servicio.
All the reception guys are very rude, pushy and you ask them something and they answer in a bad way or they don't even answer and they don't give you the attention you deserve. They feel like owners of the hotel and are just simple employees. Excellent hotel but lousy service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habitaciones grandes, sencillo y cumple por lo que pagas. Lo único que me molesto es que no me respetaron una de las reservaciones.
Se resolvió en el momento, pero creo que no debería de pasar.
Large rooms, simple and meets what you pay for. The only thing that bothers me is that they did not respect one of the reservations.
It was resolved at the time, but I think it should not happen.
