★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente, aunque aún no está inaugurado oficialmente, muy atento el personal, muy cómodo, con todos los servicios, muy buena señal de Internet que es con lo que a veces batallo en otros hoteles, sin duda aquí llegare en mis futuros viajes.
Excellent, although it has not been officially opened yet, the staff are very attentive, very comfortable, with all the services, a very good Internet signal which is what I sometimes struggle with in other hotels, without a doubt I will arrive here on my future trips.

We spent 18 days in this hotel and they made us feel at home. Very elegance and comfortable. Something that I love about the place is its design that honors Cocula and its history.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención por parte del personal, muy limpias las habitaciones, pero le faltan detalles como caja fuerte y cafetera (ya que unas habitaciones tienen y otras no)
Good attention from the staff, the rooms are very clean, but they lack details such as a safe and coffee maker (since some rooms have and others do not)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encantó la Atención tan cálida del personal, al llegar fue muy amable la chica de recepción, eso para mí es muy importante y hace que el Hotel se Distinga por su Excelente Servicio, nos explicó todo sobre el hotel y nos indico todo con detalle.
Las instalaciones están sumamente limpias, la habitación cuenta con amenidades, la alberca muy bella y la comida del Restaurante El Cid muy Rica.
Lo Recomiendo Ampliamente.
I loved the warm attention of the staff, upon arrival the girl at the reception was very kind, that for me is very important and makes the Hotel stand out for its Excellent Service, she explained everything about the hotel and told us everything in detail.
The facilities are extremely clean, the room has amenities, the pool is very beautiful and the food at El Cid Restaurant is very tasty.
I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is top of the line. It's all new. We had a basic room the first night because we didn't have reservations. The next few nights we had the master suite. Great room. It has Jacuzzi and balcony overlooking the garden and pool. They are working on a rooftop bar/lounge, can't wait to see.
