★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención de su propietario MÁS que excelente. Cambiaría las almohadas, están incómodas para mi gusto. Se agradecería algún room service en los 3 alimentos y bebidas, ya que no hay mucho cerca. Bonito y ecológico lugar. Muy agradable. Buen servicio. Agradable alberca. Lugar seguro ?.
 The attention of its owner MORE than excellent. I would change the pillows, they are uncomfortable for my taste. Some room service at all 3 food and beverage would be appreciated as there isn't much nearby. Nice and ecological place. Very nice. Great service. Nice pool. Safe place ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hotel está bien, es justo el precio para lo que ofrece. Agua caliente, ventilador, limpieza. Sin embargo no es recomendable para descansar, había gente al lado de mi cuarto con una bocina con el volumen al máximo y no hay sentencia por ello.
Horrible para el descanso, busquen una mejor opción.
The hotel is fine, it's just the right price for what it offers. Hot water, fan, cleaning. However, it is not recommended to rest, there were people next to my room with a speaker with the volume at maximum and there is no sentence for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una buena opción para pasar la noche, familiar, económico, limpio, sin insectos en el cuarto y en condiciones aceptables.
En la puerta del cuarto hay un reglamento que pide respeto con el ruido después de las 10 de la noche, lamentablemente hay inquilinos que no saben leer o no les importa y el ruido que hacen se escucha mucho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es una buena opción, ya que está cerca del géiser. La señorita que me atendió fue muy amable en todo momento. Utilicé una habitación doble, los colchones muy feos, creo que puede mejorar ese punto, deberían tener servicio de toallas y no pedir un depósito por toalla. La habitación solamente tenía un contacto en la parte superior cerca de la pantalla, o sea que si quieres cargar tu celular la mejor opción es dejarlo en el contacto que está en el baño. El lugar muy limpio, en su mayoría. Otro detalle a mejorar es que la puerta de la habitación tenga un seguro para cerrar y que nadie entre porque el seguro de la puerta se quita fácilmente con la llave de servicio, además, quitar o tapar esa ventana en la parte superior de la puerta porque cualquier persona se puede asomar por ahí, de hecho, en la habitación que me quedé desde el piso de arriba se podía ver hasta una de las camas por esa ventana en la puerta. El estacionamiento está bien distribuido, además cuenta con otro espacio en la parte de atrás. El precio es accesible aunque si deben mejorar eso detalles, en especial el del colchón, uno quiere descansar y no sufrir para poder dormir.
The place is a good choice as it is close to the geyser. The lady who attended me was very kind at all times. I used a double room, very ugly mattresses, I think you can improve that point, they should have towel service and not ask for a deposit per towel. The room only had a contact at the top near the screen, so if you want to charge your cell phone, the best option is to leave it on the contact that is in the bathroom. The place is very clean, for the most part. Another detail to improve is that the door of the room has a lock to close and that no one enters because the door lock is easily removed with the service key, in addition, removing or covering that window at the top of the door because anyone can peek through there, in fact, in the room I stayed in from the top floor you could even see one of the beds through that window in the door. The parking lot is well distributed, it also has another space in the back. The price is accessible although if these details should be improved, especially the mattress, one wants to rest and not suffer to be able to sleep.
