★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the place to stay in Zihuatanejo! This is beautiful, quiet and clean hotel with choice casa sitas available. Everyone is very friendly and most helpful; service and your satisfaction are most important to the owners and staff. The food at the Real restaurant, for breakfast, lunch and dinner is divine! Music and dancing three nights weekly, with no cover charge! The Rosario Spa located there is the best for massages and facials - professionally completed with incredible prices for all services. You can hear the ocean at night and walk just 2 blocks to it. Two steps-away pools for your swim needs. Enjoy the natural growing paradise plants and flowers all day and the tastefully lit atmosphere at night. Accessible via public transpiration or cab. A must stay in Mexico!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful what you get charged here. I called ahead of time and was quoted 2,500mxn for a cabana. I asked multiple times and that was the price... 2,500mxn. When I walked in I was told the cabana was 3,000mxn! I immediately pointed out that I was the one that had just called and was quoted 2,500. The clerk claimed I misheard him telling me he'd said 2,300 not 3,000. Later that night another person in our group told me I did hear correct and that they were trying to scam us!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really beautiful and cozy place... Famous for their celebrities like Marc Anthony... this spot has Gorgeous cabanas, very spacious rooms, absolutely beautiful premises and great pools. It has an rv park, it's also pet friendly, it has very fast internet, ac and it's spotless clean, it has a great restaurant with a famous Chef and friendly staff... is just a block from the beach. Playa La Ropa is a Beautiful little town. Highly recommend.
