Convenient location near the Central de Autobuses. Good security. Good breakfast buffet.

Well its a really Nice hotel to pass the night it has everything you need, you have a Nice restaurant out of the hotel or you can eat inside of it, also the staff was Nice

I just stayed one night, so I can't say a lot, but the dinner and the breakfast were nice, and the beds were very comfortable

The food at the restaurant is excellent. They have enought parking lots. The chairs in the salons are a little bit uncomfortable.

Location is close to centro, free parking. Pool is nice, but cold. Room was ok, beds weren't comfy. Restaurant wasn't good and pricey. For the price and location ok. Service was good.

Nice older hotel, with lots of personality and friendly people running it. Conveniently off the highway, with a few food and drink options nearby. Do NOT accept animals, I wouldn't count in them taking a service animal either. You aren't in the USA anymore so don't expect to be protected by all the "rights" of animal companions. The room was a bit dated, but everything worked fine, I would stay here again. Secured parking in rear, tight parking lot not RV or vehicle plus trailer friendly.

Not a 5 star hotel. Run down, small room, old air conditioner.

We arrived at the hotel around 7pm. We rented the Master suite and it wasn't ready when we arrived, although no one had rented it over the last week. We noticed immediately that the pool was closed, they close the pool at 4:30pm which we was not in any of the information we received. By the time our room was ready, the restaurant closed because they ran out of food. So, we had to walk off site to try to find food. The master bed was uncomfortable and both my wife and I were in pain the next day. When I turned on the air in the Master bedroom, it blew dirt out onto the master bed. Also, the air conditioner never cooked the room. The water lines dispensed red-tinted water. Although the room was for 6 people, there were not enough towels in the room. The refrigerator wasn't plugged in and it took the entire evening for it to begin to cool. Overall, the staff were very friendly and the parking for our vehicles and trailer were very safe.
