★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hola buenas noches al dueño del hotel real de obregon no recomiendo el hotel ya que me dieron muy mal servicio en el turno de la señora yolanda entre por 3 hora y me cobro $250 y me pase por 10 minutos y me cobro $150 cuando la habitación por tiempo marcaba $150 muy mal servicio y no tiene muy claro los precios y la habitación que me dio tenía las sábanas rotas y las toallas parecían trapiadores muy mal servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En mi habitación no tenía luz no sé si estaba fundido el foco y en la mañana tampoco prendía el del baño, lo único rescatable del lugar fue su atención ya que la recepcionista es muy amable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las habitaciones en muy mal estado, un solo ventilador que ni aire da, la alberca no estaba llena y estaba muy sucia llena de hojas que los mismos huéspedes sacaban porque dicen que el dueño ni en eso quiere invertir en fi todo en general muy mal.

Por esa misma cantidad se consigue algo similar y con buena limpieza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es el peor hotel que he visitado en mi vida. Las habitaciones están horribles, a las camas se le salen los resortes, no hay ganchos para colgar la ropa, de las 2 toallas que me dieron una parecía que la habían roto a la mitad y la otra según estaba limpia pero tenia un olor horrible como a ropa sucia. Las ventanas del acceso a la terraza llenas de mosquitos aplastados, el único ventilador de la habitación no funciona y por último no tienen servicio de resguardo.
¡PÉSIMO HOTEL, PÉSIMO SERVICIO Y PÉSIMO LUGAR!
NO SE QUEDEN AQUÍ A MENOS QUE SEA SU ÚLTIMA OPCIÓN
It is the worst hotel I have ever visited in my life. The rooms are horrible, the springs are coming off the beds, there are no hooks to hang clothes, of the 2 towels they gave me, one seemed to have been torn in half and the other was clean but had a horrible smell like to dirty clothes. The access windows to the terrace are full of squashed mosquitoes, the only fan in the room does not work and lastly they do not have a security service.
AWFUL HOTEL, AWFUL SERVICE AND AWFUL PLACE!
DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS IT IS YOUR LAST OPTION
