Lo cuál haceque tengas que gestionar ti reembolso con la app. Y el dueño lejos de darse de baja de la app dice que es para meter presión ( a los dueños de booking). Se limita decirte que no te va a aceptar y que si quieres hospedartedebes volver a pagar en efectivo. Situación que te obliga a buscar otro hotel. En la app aparecen tres (entre ellos este), si quieren una buena recomendación hospedense en Montecarlo, aquí aceptan reservaciones por app y directas en mostrador. De verdad ahorre se una mala pasada por gente incompetente. P	Paola Diaz Gallegos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, reserve y pague por booking llego y te dicen que no te pueden dar el cuarto por que tienen problemas con esa empresa en la cual deberian darse de baja, los dueños en lugar de buscar una solución se ponen bien prepotentes que mal rato me hicieron pasar. NI POR EQUIVOCACIÓN VOLVERIA A RESERVAR EN ESTE HOTEL NO RECOMENDABLE. El lugar es muy agradable. The guy who treated us very kindly, saved our lives because the surrounding hotels raised prices in an exaggerated and abusive way and without a place for parking.
