★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En mi estancia nunca pude hacer uso del jacuzzi porque no funcionaba, el agua se filtraba por la taza y la regadera, el agua caliente era por momentos. Todo lo manejan con costo extra (una toalla, cobija, papel higiénico...etc) No volvería a hospedarme ahi en definitiva
During my stay I could never use the jacuzzi because it did not work, the water leaked through the bowl and the shower, the water was hot at times. Everything is handled with extra cost (a towel, blanket, toilet paper ... etc) I would not stay there again definitely

The place is very clean, quiet, good attention from the reception staff, but billing is a problem, I did not receive the bill and the manager no longer wanted to make the effort to send it to another email, and I had to call and call so that they will send me the invoice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un hotel lindo y las habitaciones son grandes. Pero el personal que atiene ahí se especializan en ser groseros y no tratar bien al huésped. Te dicen que te incluye un desayuno continental pero es mentira solo te incluye 1 taza de agua para Nescafé y 1 rebanada de pan tostado, si llevas niños no te cambian el café por té y menos por leche. Las instalaciones de alberca y gimnasio están sumamente sucias, además las mantienen cerradas y no las puedas utilizar, si les solicitas que las abran se molestan y con lo sucio que está todo pues no es posible hacer uso de ello. El horario de las amenidades es muy corto de 12 del día a 5 de la tarde.
Todo lo tienes que pedir por qué no hay nada en la habitación como papel, jabón, agua etc.
Es un desperdicio de instalaciones, no se los recomiendo.
It's a nice hotel and the rooms are big. But the staff that attends there specialize in being rude and not treating the guest well. They tell you that it includes a continental breakfast but it is a lie it only includes 1 cup of water for Nescafé and 1 slice of toast, if you bring children they do not change your coffee for tea and less for milk. The pool and gym facilities are extremely dirty, they also keep them closed and you cannot use them, if you ask them to open them they get annoyed and with how dirty everything is, it is not possible to use it. The schedule of the amenities is very short from 12 noon to 5 in the afternoon.
You have to ask for everything because there is nothing in the room like paper, soap, water etc.
It is a waste of facilities, I do not recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor. Room smelled quite bad, was missing toilet paper, was not as booked in price or bed setting (booked two doubles, got some sort of honeymoon suite?). Other room in party was missing a toilet seat, had non-functional light. Other airport hotel is only slightly more expensive and is substantially less sketchy.
