★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio las sábanas de las camas muy sucias una tenía mucho cabello y sangre pedí que me las cambiaran, al salir del estacionamiento un coche estaba estorbando mi paso y después de casi 25 minutos logré salir obviamente tuvieron que despertar a varios huéspedes para lograr dar con el dueño de ese coche, para evitar eso deberían preguntar si uno lleva coche y el modelo o placas para que sepan de quién es

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, las sábanas con manchas de sangre, Alacranes en las habitaciones y el agua caliente de la regadera nunca salió... Cuando intentas hablar con la administración para resolver los problemas, te dicen que el dueño es el único que puede proceder y así se están más de 30 minutos, para al final decirte que no dará la cara. Estará muy bonita la construcción y todo, pero la higiene es de dudar.
Terrible service, the sheets with blood stains, Scorpions in the rooms and the hot water from the shower never came out ... When you try to talk to the administration to solve the problems, they tell you that the owner is the only one who can proceed and so they are more than 30 minutes, to finally tell you that they will not show their faces.
