Para entrar y salir tienes que esperar a una de las encargadas para que te abra el candado y la cadena que son muy gruesos. Yo me sentía encerrada todo el tiempo. La mujer que atiende tiene muy mal carácter y es mañosa en las tarifas, porque tiene precios por recámara con base en temporada alta, baja y media. Al parecer para ella todas son temporadas altas y te cobra 1000 pesos de más con base en lo que presumen cobrar en internet. Big fail. Oportuno para estadías largas, nos hicieron descuento y nos dieron tips sobre lugares a visitar, no tan turísticos. Totalmente recomendable, seguro volveré. No lo recomiendo La habitación olía horrible, no servía el aire acondicionado y malisima la atención no hay elevador y tampoco hay alguien que te ayude a subir las cosas, no tiene estacionamiento, agua fría, bajas a buscar ayuda y nadie atiende. Se reservo para dos noches y tuvimos que dejarlo sin reembolso porque es una porquería el hotel. No recomendable. Appalling. I do not recommend it The room smelled horrible, the air conditioning did not work and the attention was bad, there is no elevator and there is no one to help you lift things, there is no parking, cold water, you go down to get help and nobody answers. It was booked for two nights and we had to leave it without a refund because the hotel sucks. Not recommendable.
