Por el precio (no tan económico) esperaba lo mínimo en un buen hotel
La recepcionista que me hizo la reservación, hizo lo que quiso aunque le pedí las habitaciones de cierta manera, y todavía se estaba poniendo grosera al recibirnos, bonito hotel físicamente, lastima de esa empleada y la administración en general.
También veo que el agua tanto de la alberca, como de la regadera es salada por lo que si esa agua la usan también para lavar tanto lavandería como loza en el restaurante, no imagino la higiene que deben tener.
No cuentan con medidas sanitarias ni el personal ni hacen recomendaciones a los huéspedes.
 I put a star because it is the minimum allowed, but I do not recommend staying here under any circumstances
For the price (not so cheap) I expected the minimum in a good hotel
The receptionist who booked me did what she wanted even though I asked her for the rooms in a certain way, and she was still getting rude when receiving us, nice hotel physically, shame on that employee and the administration in general.
I also see that the water from both the pool and the shower is salty, so if that water is also used to wash both laundry and dishes in the restaurant, I can't imagine how hygienic they must be.
They do not have sanitary measures or staff nor do they make recommendations to guests.
