For the purpose (sleeping and spending the night) well, we suffered from hot water but minutes later everything was normal.

Nice place for a short stay, but hot water never came out in the shower, and to close the curtains it interferes with the vanity mirror.

To sleep it's cool but if you get a room upstairs, the Wi-Fi signal is fatal. From then on all good.
