The place is outdated. There's no air conditioning. The elevator got stuck with people inside, 3 times while I was there. We had to climb the stairs because we were afraid to use the elevators. Also, we tried to exchange dollars for pesos, and they never had Mexican currency. I wouldn't recommend this place.

I have been in tgis hotel before, service was great, at this time everything is like 1 start hotel , recepcionist do not have any idea about customer service, they never smile, every time you have a question looks like you are bothering them. Our room has not been cleaned an is 5 pm when i calk front desk, the answer was that is not a,specific time to clean the room. We do not have toillet paper or water, they promese that as soon as we leave the room they will come an clean. It is véy sad i always enjoy this place.

The Hotel posessds enoumous rooms that are comfortable; big beds with very cozy blankets, soft pillows and beautiful views. Super hot water and com fortable showers as well. The building seems mordern arquitecture from the 80"s with a gfeat fountain at the entrance. Food is delicious excelent prices; you enjoy a Bruncch for 2 people only $10.00 USD. The Bar excelent service with shows such as, classical pianist. The personal super cordial; caring helpful and friendly.

Hotel is very old with old furniture. Outlets did not work near bed (very import for me to charge my phone) Bathroom has cracks , old bathtub Price wise they are charging more than a One hotels . I think is because they have a prime location. Can’t wait for another new hotel to pop somewhere around this are .

Overly priced for the quality of this hotel, old furniture, not upgraded at all; needs to be upgraded and seems worn down. Great buffet and restaurant, VERY LOUD MUSIC in the lobby till 2am, not a great place to stay and rest.

Great place to stay and/or eat..

Went to the buffet. The food was delicious. They have different dishes prepared and they also make food on the spot for you. The price is reasonable for what they offer. I would go back.

The bed was comfortable & the pillows were firm. That is about it for the good points. At check in we were about 40 minutes early. They would neither check us in or hold our bags. So, we went to the bar/restaurant. The buffet was expensive & underwhelming, we ordered drinks instead. The space was a little dirty & the alcohol was all bottom shelf. When we got into our room it was freezing. The air unit was stuck on 16° C, we reset it to a better temp before we went out. Upon our return, it was STILL at 16°! In the end, we had to have a portable machine brought in with the promise of a repair the following day. The repair never happened. The portable air was fine, but it took up a lot of space. The carpet is old, in need of changing, not something one would walk on barefoot. There were multiple stains on it. The shower had good pressure, but again, multiple stains. The ceiling also had various stains & repairs. In all, this is an old hotel in need of upgrade & repair. The front desk staff were not helpful & borderline rude. Also, they advertise money exchange. We tried to exchange USD for Pesos each day of our stay & were told no. Bottom line, not a place I will return to. I advise to stay elsewhere.
