Loved the place , the vibe the hotel , the polite personel ! We stayed for 1 night The communication was amazing . We asked to leave the luggage there before our check in and they had no problem !! Internet was excellent. Thank you for everything

Amazing premises, basic rooms We enjoyed a lot the following: - Very affordable accommodation - Very colorful and quaint premices - Free parking - Friendly and helpful staff - Free small breakfast offer - Good cleaning - Decent and reliable WiFi - Location: at a short walk from city-centre - Very nice pool area We didn’t enjoy the following: - Smelly drawers of the chest drwaer, so we couldn’t use it - the bathroom is missing towel hangers, a soap support, hand towel missing - Big key, not so handy to carry

Well located Hotel with great parking options and EXCELLENT service (Andrea is super helpful). The main square is in walking distance. The breakfast has limited choices but delicious coffee and regional fruits like mangos. The bathroom was full of mosquitos and it is pretty noisy during the night due to animals in the neighbourhood being active all night. I recommend the restaurant to the left. Also convenient to the supermarket to the right.

The place was very nice, well located in town and very Mexican looking like. Beautiful room and amazing pool with a peaceful garden. Was we going very disappointing is that in booking says breakfast included. Then when you arrive they say it's a free breakfast was a gesture from the place, when you as a guest have believed that you have paid for it in booking. Then breakfast arrive and it wasn't enough for everybody. No variety, only toasted bread from day before. Some junky cereal. You almost can eat anything. And of course there are the typical guests that don't care for the others and keep getting food when there are people that hasn't eat and no one is controlling it or taking care. Very sad breakfast and disappointing. If you stay please plan to eat breakfast somewhere else to avoid frustration. And hotel please when you say breakfast included make sure it's a real breakfast included otherwise don't put it in booking or increase the price and make sure there's breakfast for everyone.

We had a suite. Spacious, very clean, nice big bed and decent bathroom. The atmosphere (magical Mayan plus colonial) and design of the place is nice, plus a great little pool area that is good for a dip to cool off and read a book next to. Simple but nice complementary breakfast, perfect to start the day with. Helpful staff as well! Especially for the price a great place to stay.
