The rooms were very clean, the WiFi was working fine, and the staff was very respectful and friendly

This hotel in Aguascalientes city is good, the pool is in the top of the building with great views from the city, good place to stay and good prices.

Very nice, clean and unpretentious big hotel in Aguascalientes, with good rates, and not too far from the downtown.

Hotel Is well located and has potential but reception staff not helpful. Gave us shadow side rooms (most sides have outviews except one) for many days and made it difficult to change. Breakfast is very good but no children price despite adv. Many choices and good coffee. Concierge very attentive.

Good and clean hotel. Has pool with a renovated look and a bar just aside. The rest of the venue is a little old but comfortable. Air conditioned rooms with acceptable TV system. The pillows are too soft but the bed is comfortable. Security for important stuff in safe box inside the room. Two blocks away from Aguascalientes Center at walking distance to Juárez Walking Street. Great for business people , English talking staff too. The cuisine is acceptable but not great a quite slow when asking for menu stuff. Buffet breakfast a bit expensive for the amount of different dishes.

The beauty of the hotel and the cleanliness of the room are what saved this review. My husband is Mexican and even he was surprised that the beds are concrete platforms with a mattress on top. I have mild scoliosis and my back loved it, but neither he nor my children did. The room was always hot, even though we got an extra key in order to be able to keep the air conditioning running when stepping out briefly. Our room faced the street and the noise of motorcycles racing at night kept us awake. We were sure we had the windows open (yes they open in this hotel) but we did not. It was just THAT loud and we were on the 5th floor. It is an older property but the staff was fantastic and we enjoyed our breakfast here. We just got no sleep at all and for that reason we would not return.

Really nice services, comfortable rooms and really cheap for a 4* hotel! As an European, I can definitely recommend the Real Plaza. If you want to be in the city centre and enjoy a good stay as a whole, you need to visit their polite services! I hope to return there one day!

The hotel looked good on photographs but the actual experience was different. All rooms have doors towards the inside patio, it means that if someone sneezes in the reception on the first floor you will hear it in your room on the 6th floor. A lot of noisy traffic on the side of the hotel facing the street and even the side that faces the opposing side is noisy due to the generators on that side. Stuff is not helpful. At 2 in the morning the group of people started checking in making a lot of noises. It was impossible to sleep. Appealing to the reception and asking them to calm people people down only led to reply 'it is normal for people to be noisy during the checkin, even at 2 am. The hotel room was so called i had to ask for a heater but the heater overcharged the room fuse and the room electricity shut off. Woke up shivering from cold and had to call maintenance. Didn't sleep practically that night. In the morning hotel representative called a taxi and he told that the trip would be 35-45 pesos. The taxi driver asked 70 when arrived, twice as much and the hotel representative just shrugged the shoulders and didn't intervene, not even a sorry. Quite a nightmarish stay.
