GOOD FOOD, VERY GOOD TASTE, GOOD ROOMS, EXCELLENT SERVICE BY THE STAFF, BUT WHAT MADE ME FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE AND I DID NOT LIKE IT, WAS WHEN I WAS DINING, THE WAITRESS STARTED SWEEPING AND MOPING AND MY HUSBAND AND I CONTINUED DINING, THE WAITRESS WITH A VERY AWFUL ATTENTION SHOULD HAVE A LITTLE PROFESSIONALISM AND MORE ATTITUDE TO SERVE PEOPLE WHO COME TO ENJOY A PLEASANT TIME BUT EVERYTHING ELSE IS EXCELLENT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habitaciones limpias, camas cómodas. La única queja que tengo es que me dieron un precio cuando llamé para hacer reservación y me lo cambiaron al llegar.
Clean rooms, comfortable beds. The only complaint I have is that they gave me a price when I called to make a reservation and it was changed upon arrival.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Внешне отель респектабельный. Интерьер холлов интересный. Особенно среди домов этого городка. Но номера оставляют желать лучшего. Вай фай работал слабо, подушки жесткие,одеял нет, только покрывало. В ванной комнате вода на полу, которую никто не потрудился убрать. Второе полотенце дали по требованию. Как и везде в Мексике персоналу не до клиентов!
Externally, the hotel is respectable. The interior of the halls is interesting. Especially among the houses of this town. But the rooms leave much to be desired. Wifi was weak, pillows were hard, no blankets, only a bedspread. There was water on the floor in the bathroom that no one bothered to clean up. A second towel was provided upon request. As elsewhere in Mexico, the staff is not up to the customers!
