★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negativa: Habíamos reservado 2 habitaciones no la respetaron, como última opción nos dieron una habitación doble para 2 personas. La tomamos porque no nos quedaba otra opción cercana para hospedarse..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huele muy bien, se ve muy limpio pero tristemente el cuarto q me tocó tenía muchas hormigas, y en la mañana salió una cucaracha enorme. Muy buena ubicación pero eso me decepcionó

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Párese un buen hotel sólo he pasado por la calle pero he sabido que está bien en cuanto al precio si un poco alto pero no lo he comprobado así que si alguien quiere saberlo tiene que estar ahí.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar muy limpio, al igual está céntrico el hotel, aunque no cuenta con estacionamiento ni restaurante, tiene a su favor un excelente personal atento y amable por lo que recomienda el hotel, para quienes visiten Cárdenas y decidan quedarse no se arrepentirán.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vuelvo después de 2 años y la verdad el hotel no a mejorado si no todo lo contrario el punto positivo a su favor vuelve a ser lo céntrico pero fuera de eso no es muy buen hotel la habitación que me dieron es muy pequeña sobretodo el baño

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negative: Receptionis couldn’t speak English and know nothing about our reservation. We had a breakfast which she tried to convinced us that hotel doesn’t offer any even though they have meal options on rooms door. After showing her the meal menu she called someone and agreed with us that we truly have breakfast. Breakfast was served at 8am but we had really hard knocking at 0815am with receptionist with cold eggs and coffee. Room was really dark because it has one window into corridor of hostel. Air conditioning was blowing onto beds and it was impossible to settle up direction of wind somewhere else. Air in the room was really muggy with no option of changing it. Only cold water was running in bathroom. There were a lot of red ants. Area is really noisy and also receptionists started chatting around 7am really loudly. Parking was a front of hostel on street..
