★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked(reserved) this place a month in advanced for 60$ a night, when I got there they charged me 90$ and when I went in the room there was a couple laying in bed!
They gave me a key to a used room! Embarrassing but they did give me my money back. Was disappointed because the property looked beautiful surrounded by nature.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting at the restaurant to have my order taken. It's been 10 minutes and the waiter still hasn't acknowledged me despite going back to the same table about 5 times. Went to complain to the woman at reception and she said "Do you need anything?". Of course I need something, I've been sitting in your restaurant for 10 minutes! Par for the course for Mexican service ?
