★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo bueno: El personal (todos, desde los recepcionistas hasta la recamarera) muy atento, amable y cálido. Buena ubicación, suficientemente cerca del centro. Desayuno suficiente y rápido y lo sirve en un horario muy amplio.
Lo malo: Horrible la ropa de cama, percudida y vieja. La habitación que me dieron estaba en el pasillo, cerca del comedor donde se toma el desayuno, desde las 7:30, era imposible descansar después de esa hora, el cuarto dimunuto, sin ventilación, olía a humedad. El estacionamiento es independiente del hotel (aunque es cierto que estpa incluido en el cobro de la habitación) está a una cuadra y tiene horarios estrictos en cuanto a la entrada y salida, te cobran extra (y mucho) si llegas después del cierre (10 pm) o si necesitas sacar tu auto antes de las 7:00 am.
Lo peor: había cabellos en la cama (asssssqueroso)
 The good: The staff (everyone from the receptionists to the chambermaid) very attentive, friendly and warm. Good location, close enough to the center. Sufficient and fast breakfast and served very long hours.
The Bad: Horrible bedding, worn and old. The room they gave me was in the corridor, near the dining room where breakfast is taken, from 7:30 onwards, it was impossible to rest after that time, the small room, without ventilation, smelled musty. Parking is independent of the hotel (although it is true that it is included in the room charge) it is one block away and has strict schedules regarding entry and exit, they charge you extra (and a lot) if you arrive after closing (10 pm) or if you need to get your car out before 7:00 am.
The worst: there was hair on the bed (asssssqueroso)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para empezar, publicidad engañosa, resulta que reservé viendo fotos de la versión "Boutique" 2 cuadras atrás, cuando llego por google maps, me mandaron a este lugar, antiguo "Hotel Real Valladolid"
2) Cambié las sábanas , cobijas y almohadas 2 veces por que tenían cabellos y manchas, los reemplazos estaban igual, tuvimos que dormir con ropa como almohadas ya que llegamos en la madrugada y no podíamos ir a otro lugar
3) El ruido de la recepción es molesto e imposible de ignorar
4) Nunca funcionó el AC
5) El agua nunca salió caliente
6) Mi carro durmió afuera aún y cuando la publicidad decía que contaban con estacionamiento, a la salida, caminé aprox 500 m para llegar a el, el problema no es la distancia, fue la pobre atención de por lo menos ofrecerse a traerlo
7) Las persianas dejan entrar completamente la luz de los pasillos

To begin with, misleading advertising, it turns out that I booked seeing photos of the "Boutique" version 2 blocks ago, when I arrived through google maps, they sent me to this place, the old "Hotel Real Valladolid"
2) I changed the sheets, blankets and pillows 2 times because they had hair and stains, the replacements were the same, we had to sleep with clothes as pillows since we arrived at dawn and could not go to another place
3) Reception noise is annoying and impossible to ignore
4) AC never worked
5) The water was never hot
6) My car slept outside even though the advertising said that they had parking, at the exit, I walked approximately 500 m to get to it, the problem is not the distance, it was the poor attention of at least offering to bring it
7) The blinds let in all the light from the corridors
What did you expect for $1000 MXN? ?

Rooms are OK and in a good spot to enjoy downtown
