★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normalmente recomiendo este hotel cuando vas a jalpan, es muy económico, solo que las últimas dos veces que he ido la atención ha sido muy mala, no servía la tv de la habitación, ni el ventilador y en la noche no había agua en el sanitario, las sábanas estaban muy desgastadas y las cobijas parece que nunca las cambian, tuvimos que pedir cambio de ventilador, avisar lo de la tv, pedir toallas, jabón, papel, agua, ¡todo! Sí no son quisquillosos, adelante, sí lo son, no vayan!
 Normally I recommend this hotel when you go to jalpan, it is very cheap, only that the last two times I have received the attention has been very bad, the TV in the room, the fan and at night there was no water in the toilet , the sheets were very worn and the blankets seem to never change them, we had to ask for a change of fan, tell us about the tv, ask for towels, soap, paper, water, everything! Yes they are not fussy, go ahead, yes they are, do not go!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demasiado sucio, estoy de acuerdo que es un hotel demasiado economico pero deberian tener cuidado por lo menos en la limpieza y en la atención, la chica de la recepcion pareciera que no le agrada su trabajo y te avienta las cosas (toallas, control de t.v. y llave). Cuando requieres de la atención te la puedes pasar mas de media hora en recepcion tocando el timbre y nunca sale. Ademas que me quedaron a deber mi factura. Nada recomendable.
Too dirty, I agree that it is a hotel too cheap but you should be careful at least in the cleaning and the attention, the girl at the reception seems not to like your work and throws things (towels, tv control and key). When you need the attention you can spend more than half an hour in reception ringing the bell and never leave. Besides, they left me to pay my bill. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me atendieron bien, me dieron todo lo que pedí. Hubo WiFi y agua caliente durante toda mi estancia, la chica nos dio jabón, papel higiénico, toalla, el control de la TV. El coche estuvo resguardado en el estacionamiento sin problemas y se nos hizo bastante económico.
Lo único que no nos gustó fue que no le dieron servicio a la habitación entre los dos días que nos quedamos.
They took good care of me, they gave me everything I asked for. There was WiFi and hot water throughout my stay, the girl gave us soap, toilet paper, towel, TV control. The car was sheltered in the parking lot without problems and it was quite economical.
The only thing we did not like was that they did not give service to the room between the two days we stayed.

Obviamente por lo económico que es no puedes esperar mucho, la habitación que nos dieron estaba decentemente limpia, la TV servía y también el aire acondicionado, el baño tenía jabón y shampoo. Cuenta con estacionamiento pequeño, los ruidos de las otras habitaciones son notables, las ventanas dan vista hacia el cuarto y las camas son algo incómodas. El hotel es céntrico y por el precio está bien solo para dormir. Llegué con mi perro y no tuve problema.
Hotel of 2 stars at the most. Obviously for the economic thing that it is you can not wait much, the room that they gave us was decently clean, the TV served and also the air conditioning, the bathroom had soap and shampoo. It has small parking, the noises of the other rooms are remarkable, the windows give view to the room and the beds are somewhat uncomfortable. The hotel is centrally located and for the price it is only good for sleeping. I arrived with my dog and I had no problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entraron a mi cuarto y me robaron mi celular, cuando pedi que revisaran las camaras se nego la señorita y me dijo que por que no le deje mi llave personal de mi cuarto y en ningun momento me dijeron que la tenia que dejar en recepció. En ningun hotel me han pedido mi llave al salir de las instalaciones. No lo recomiendo ya que ademas cada 3er dia hacen limpieza y por sanidad deberia de ser diario. Si pudiera ni estrella le daba.
They entered my room and stole my cell phone, when I asked to check the cameras, the lady refused and told me why not leave my personal key to my room and at no time did they tell me that I had to leave it at the reception. In no hotel have I been asked for my key when leaving the facilities. I do not recommend it since also every 3rd day they do cleaning and for health it should be daily. If I could not give it a star.
