★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me tocó la habitación 34 se inundó el baño, no hay agua caliente, con las toallas me exfolie el trasero jajjajaja no nada recomendado a menos que quieras una experiencia diferente.
 I had room 34 the bathroom was flooded, there is no hot water, with the towels I scrub my butt hahaha not recommended unless you want a different experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad muy buen hotel, claro que no es un hotel 5 estrellas, pero es un hotel austero cómodo, ECONÓMICO, y pues estás en Tlacotalpan que es lo importante, no incluye desayunos ni tiene las grandes televisiones, pero quién las necesita? Es justo por lo que se paga.
The truth is, a very good hotel, of course it is not a 5-star hotel, but it is an austere, comfortable, ECONOMICAL hotel, and since you are in Tlacotalpan, which is the important thing, it does not include breakfast or have large televisions, but who needs them? It's fair for what you pay for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para empezar, reservamos desde temprano una habitación y no nos la respetaron, incluso cuando habíamos llamado para avisar que no llegaríamos a la hora de reservación y pedimos que la apartarán, nos dieron una habitación más cara, horrible y super ruidosa, además necesitan control de plagas ya que entre las sábanas hay GARRAPATAS
To begin with, we reserved a room early and they did not respect it, even when we had called to let them know that we would not arrive at the reservation time and asked to be moved, they gave us a more expensive, horrible and super noisy room, they also need control of pests since between the sheets there are TICKS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deficiente la limpieza de la habitación, cuando llegamos a ocuparla encontramos los muebles super polvosos, tuvimos que lavar el baño porque estaba sucio
Se reservo por 4 días y durante ese tiempo nunca entraron a hacer el servicio de limpieza en la habitación ni dejaron papel higiénico nuevo ni jabónes, ni cambio de toallas, etc etc,
Nunca había pasado una situación así, en todos los hoteles en los que me he hospedado siempre entran a hacer la limpieza, el cambio de papel, jabón , toallas, etc
Demasiado ruido en las noches, no se puede dormir bien , si quieres descansar , el ruido de afuera no te dejará,
En lugar de pasar un descanso agradable tuvimos que hacer el quehacer de esa habitación :( fue demasiado frustrante
Poor cleaning of the room, when we arrived to occupy it we found the furniture super dusty, we had to wash the bathroom because it was dirty
It was reserved for 4 days and during that time they never came to do the cleaning service in the room nor did they leave new toilet paper or soaps, nor change of towels, etc etc,
A situation like this had never happened before, in all the hotels in which I have stayed they always come in to do the cleaning, change paper, soap, towels, etc.
Too much noise at night, you can't sleep well, if you want to rest, the noise from outside won't let you,
Instead of having a nice rest we had to do the housework in that room :( it was too frustrating

La realidad de las habitaciones está terrible. Sucio, no hay agua. Mucho ruido. Las sábanas estaban sucias de sudor y fluidos. Los baños sin asear y sin agua caliente.
Las toallas pequeñas como de manos para secarse. Porque de baño ni hablar.
Pésimo lugar.
Do not stay here.
The reality of the rooms is terrible. Dirty, no water. Noisy. The sheets were dirty with sweat and fluids. The bathrooms without cleaning and without hot water.
Small towels like hands to dry off. Because of bathroom or speak.
Lousy place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do NOT stay at this “hotel”. This is probably the worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. The hotel is very well located within Tlacotalpan, however it is far from being even acceptable. The rooms are small and old. The mattresses as old as the building, there are no clean linens, nowhere for you to plug your charger, and there isn’t water for you to shower. The place and rooms are not properly cared for and there are spiderwebs all over. I made a reservation over the web and when we got to the hotel they had no idea about it. Do not make the same mistake I made by staying here. It is not worth the hassle and the headache.
