Hotel Refugio Agustino - 58000 Morelia

El hotel está muy bien ubicado en el centro, se rentaron 4 habitaciones y todas estaban lindísimas. Limpio, cómodo y el personal es amable; me dieron oportunidad de hacer check in antes. Eso sí, hay que considerar que tanto las puertas de las habitaciones, ciertas escaleras y el espacio entre el lavabo y la regadera es pequeña, a mí no me molestó pero hay que tenerlo en cuenta ya que podría haber personas que quizá no puedan pasar ? Las escaleras ubicadas dentro de mi cuarto rechinaban y aparte la habitación daba a la calle así que si eres de sueño ligero quizá los ruidos te puedan despertar Por todo lo demás le doy 5 estrellas ya que para llegar a dormir estuvo excelente.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The hot water is great and water pressure is too. Wifi is fast, but it doesn't reach to all of the rooms.

I booked a suite with a kitchen months in advance. When I arrived I was bumped to a substandard sister property for a nite. Once back at Refugio there was no kitchen in the room nor communal shared kitchen. There was a communal microwave. No couch or sitting area in the room. It had a loft bed. At night it was noisey I had one good night sleep in a week. Expedia did not help me resolve any concerns nor did the hotel address the booking shortfalls. I did not get what I reserved and paid for. The staff spoke spanish only. management-ownership would not respond to me or expedia. No one addressed booking and amenity shortfalls. The business taking payment for ammenities that are not available.. I could hear people in the next room as if they were in the same room. Party goers in the middle of the nite when the bars close at 3:30 am waiting for rides outside the window, chatting. Exhausting, I became sick. Would not recommend this hotel. The house keeping and night staff were very kind. Good location.

I stayed in room 5. Despite its 20 steps to reach it, it is worth it, spacious, clean, lots of windows. Very large shower with lots of hot water. Double bed is very good. No closet but large coat stand which was adequate. Very pleasant staff and charming lobby entrance. Excellent value for the price.

Nice rooms! There's an upstairs an a downstairs! But they seemed a little greedy to me! I was about to reserve a room there until they said they were raising the rooms from $600 to $800 due to Holy Week. At which point I forgot it, and left.
