Lo malo no se ve la tv, la regadera y el WC no funcionaron bien, internet pésimo. Falló el servicio de agua caliente, además de que la regadera era pésima y salía muy poca agua, nunca resolvieron el problema y eso le sucedió a todos los huéspedes del hotel pues el descontento era generalizado. Creo que es un hotel muy amateur que no cumple con los mínimos requisitos de prestación de servicio de hospitalidad. Terrible attention and services. I stayed the weekend of Easter 2016 and I must say that the attention was very poor. The hot water service failed, besides that the shower was terrible and very little water came out, they never solved the problem and that happened to all the hotel guests as the discontent was widespread. No sé aceptan mascotas pero los precios son accesibles. Ofrecen tv con cable pero la televisión no funciona! No se ve. La regadera se encontraba tapada o algo así ya que salía poca agua. Las almohadas duras y tenían mal olor. Servicio de wifi muy malo. Habitaciones limpias y alberca muy agradable. My experience was very good, although when we left they charged us for having turned on the air conditioning, I don't think that's correct. Clean rooms and very nice pool.
