★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realice una reservación con el Sr. Elias Figueroa dese un mes de anticipación en aquel momento me dijo que podía reservarme una habitación, le dije que si a cuál cuenta bancaria le depositaba y me dijo que no era necesario. Hoy marco para confirmar la reservación y negó categóricamente que nunca hablo sobre una reservación (entonces como obtuve su nombre) y que ellos no hacen ese servicio.
Acaban de arruinarme el viaje ahora tengo que buscar como loco un cuarto de habitación lo más pronto posible para ir a la boda que tengo planeado ir. PORQUE NEGAR ALGO Y LUEGO HACERSE LOS DESENTENDIDOS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para empezar no respetaron nuestra reservacion, llegando al hotel no sabían siquiera que estaba pagado,además que al comunicar el velador lo sucedido al dueño o gerente le dijo que si queríamos psgaramos una habitación y al siguiente día verian que sicedio. Había chinches en nuestra habitación ☹️ por la mañana se disculparon de mil maneras

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención al cliente es deficiente, se aprovechan por la contingencia y para una familia de cuatro quieren cobrar dos habitaciones aunque solo ocupen una, las instalaciones de los cuartos de baja calidad ya que huelen a coladera, las perillas de las puertas con clavos y salidas, la llave del lavabo tapada, los colchones muy duros.
Lo único rescatable es el restaurante.
Customer service is poor, they take advantage of the contingency and for a family of four they want to charge for two rooms even if they only occupy one, the facilities of the rooms are of low quality since they smell of sewage, the doorknobs with nails and exits , the sink faucet covered, the mattresses very hard.
The only redeeming thing is the restaurant.
