★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos dieron una habitación muy olorosa a tabaco, solicite cambiarla y me dijeron que ya no había, pedí solución pero tampoco la dieron. El sanitario bajaba muy lento como si estuviera tapado e igual solicité arreglo y tampoco la obtuve, entonces pedí una cubeta para ayudarle y como no la llevaron mi esposo salio a buscarla, la encontró y la llevó a la habitación. Lo demás, esta limpio y el estacionamiento está muy bien.
They gave us a room very smelling of cigarettes, I asked to change it and they told me that there was no longer, I asked for a solution but they did not give it either. The toilet went down very slowly as if it were covered and I still asked for a fix and I didn't get it either, so I asked for a bucket to help him and since they didn't take it, my husband went out to look for it, found it and took it to the room.
