A	Anny Glez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible trato de las personas, jamas contestan los teléfonos, llegas y nadie te atiende, al check in tienes que esperar mucho tiempo por que nadie te atiende, no llevaron toallas a la habitación y cuando llegamos no la habian limpiado de lls anteriores huéspedes y ya pasaban de las 3 pm Horrible treatment of people, they never answer the phones, you arrive and no one attends you, at check in you have to wait a long time because no one attends you, they did not bring towels to the room and when we arrived they had not cleaned it from the previous guests and already it was past 3 pm

Ninguna noche hicieron servicio a la habitación. 2 días continuos los encargados se la pasaron gritando en la madrugada. Poco respeto al huésped. No l recomiendo. Terrible hotel service. We were in this Easter 2021 and the behavior of the hotel staff outrageous. No night they did room service. 2 days in a row the managers spent it screaming at dawn. Little respect to the guest. I do not recommend l.
N	N Ro. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hotel se encuentra ubicado como a 5min de la iglesia de San Francisco de Asís y a unos 5 del panteón, está muy céntrico la vdd. No cuenta con estacionamiento pero a 2 cuadras se encuentra uno con costo de $100 por día. La habitación limpia, con vista a la calle, agua caliente y la atención fue muy buena. El hotel cuenta con restaurante, pedimos de la carta, los huevos los faroles, (2 huevos estrellados bañados en salsa de chorizo) deliciosos, se los recomiendo. Lo que si fallo fue el café, nos lo dieron frío, podría jurar que era del día anterior, pedimos que lo calentaran, y lo único que hicieron fue agregar agua caliente al mismo porque al llevarlo de nuevo el sabor era de agua con azúcar, terminamos dejando las tazas llenas, eso no merecía ser llamado café. Si deciden desayunar ahí, pidan algun refresco para que no se lleven mala experiencia como yo. The hotel is located about 5 minutes from the church of San Francisco de Asís and about 5 from the pantheon, the vdd is very central. It does not have parking but 2 blocks away is one with a cost of $ 100 per day. The clean room, overlooking the street, hot water and the attention was very good. The hotel has a restaurant, we order from the menu, the eggs lanterns, (2 fried eggs bathed in chorizo sauce) delicious, I recommend them. What if it failed was the coffee, they gave us cold, I could swear it was from the day before, we asked that they heat it, and all they did was add hot water to it because when they brought it back the taste was of water with sugar, We ended up leaving the cups full, that didn't deserve to be called coffee. If you decide to have breakfast there, ask for a soft drink so you don't get a bad experience like me.

El estacionamiento en real de 14 es todo un tema debido a las Pequeñas dimensiones de la ciudad y a la orografía misma. Las habitaciones son muy básicas, pero limpias y cómodas, regadera con agua caliente y ofrece un lugar muy tranquilo para descansar y recuperar tus energías It is a small hotel very close to the main square and has the enormous attraction of offering you very close parking. Parking in Real de 14 is quite an issue due to the small size of the city and the terrain itself. The rooms are very basic, but clean and comfortable, shower with hot water and offers a very quiet place to rest and recover your energies
