La comida en el restaurante deja que desear, te sirven poco si pides una comida grupal, pidan individual esta mejor servido.
The temazcal service is very good, but...
The food in the restaurant leaves something to be desired, they serve you little if you ask for a group meal, ask for individual it is better served.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar no es lo que se ve en la página , si la dueña es amable pero su personal es muy igualado, se roban cosas ,y aparte no hay agua ni para bañarse solo un chorrito , las instalaciones son sucias y las camas están muy lejos de ser cómodas pues no hay limpieza de las personas que estuvieron antes , encontrando , vasos desechables ,colillas de cigarro ,el agua de la alberca muy sucia , y después de las 9:00 PM te niegan el servicio de cenar, y no hay otro lugar fuera del "hotel" para cenar , -5 estrellas , no es lo que prometen
The place is not what you see on the page, if the owner is friendly but her staff is very equal, things are stolen, and apart from that there is no water or even to bathe, just a trickle, the facilities are dirty and the beds are very far to be comfortable because there is no cleaning of the people who were before, finding disposable cups, cigarette butts, very dirty pool water, and after 9:00 PM they deny you dinner service, and there is no other place outside the "hotel" for dinner, -5 stars, not what they promise

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atencion amable de parte de la dueña o encargada pero fuera de ahi si quieren tener una pesima experiencia acudan a este lugar,la habitacion que nos dieron en pesimas condiciones,regadera solo el tubo de salida sin regadera,el ultimo dia de estadia sin agua pagar una habitacion implica basicamente tener agua ,aparte el cuarto tenia 3 camas se recorrio la sabana en una de ellas y nos quedamos de una pieza,era un colchon podrido Dios solo sabe cuanto tiempo tenia y el origen de este nos dio un asco tremendo y pensar que ahi durmio nuestro nieto !!!,en fin creo que lo unico que se merece ese lugar es que las autoridades de Turismo o quien regule los hoteles les haga una visita porque es increible que operen con tal nivel de servicio y en las condiciones que lo ofrecen,debido a la publicidad y por estar cercano a donde teniamos que ir lo reservamos pero definitivamente es un lugar para JAMAS regresar,espero les sea de utilidad esta informacion para quien se le ocurra ir a este remedo de hotel ,nada nada recomendable
Friendly attention from the owner or manager but out of there if you want to have a terrible experience come to this place, the room they gave us in terrible conditions, shower only the outlet tube without shower, the last day of stay without paying water a room basically implies having water, apart from the room it had 3 beds, the savannah was covered in one of them and we were left in one piece, it was a rotten mattress God only knows how old it was and the origin of this gave us a tremendous disgust and to think That's where our grandson slept! In short, I think that the only thing that this place deserves is that the tourism authorities or whoever regulates the hotels pays them a visit because it is incredible that they operate with such a level of service and in the conditions that They offer it, due to advertising and because it is close to where we had to go, we booked it but it is definitely a place to NEVER return, I hope this information will be useful for whoever wants to go to this imitation of ho tel, nothing not recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar para ir a relajarse con la familia, liberarse de las malas energías, la comida es exquisita, la atención maravillosa, los costos de hospedaje y alimentos son muy accesibles, la señora coquis es una maravillosa persona, atenta, bondadosa, recomiendo ampliamente el lugar, siempre será un gusto volver.
