Clean, nice courtyard, friendly people, good food, next to lively downtown zocalo.

The works hotel in Huajuapan, the front desk service are horrible, the room was overprice, they don’t even have a decent bathroom, the tub was broken, everything was a mess and they know it about but they didn’t do anything.

Very nice hotel. Only problem was that the concierge replied to my request for a safe place to lock my bike with a curt "no". Really wouldn't have been hard.

Stayed here two nights (one more than planned) Everything was perfect. They even have secure parking where they let us keep our bicycles. Attached restaurant is very good, a little pricy, but worth it. The rooms on the east side, top floor, have an unobscured view of the sunrise.

Charming, quiet and cozy small town spot to stay... Enjoyed great typical local dishes. Awesome ambiance!

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. It fell short of my expectations. On the one hand the location is great, but on the other, the bars around the main square get noisy and I couldn't fully rest during two nights I stayed there. Right in front of the main entrance there is The Club de Leones and there was a big party until very late. It was a weekend. Maybe during week days is not so bad. The building is outdated but we'll maintained. It has a small pool and a tiny gym, which I didn't try. Staff is somewhat friendly but never rude. I ordered pizza from a nearby place but they wouldn't let it to be delivered at my room, so I had to pick it up at the front desk. It wasn't a big deal but I found it bothersome. The restaurant seems nice. But we tried other places. Anyway, next time I will look for other options.
