★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio el recepcionista no tiene sentido servicial, super despota nos rentaron una habitacion, la liquidamos, salimos a cenar y cuando regresamos ya habian rentado nuestra habitacion solo nos dijo que habia tenido un error y nos dieron una con mesas arriba de la cama practicamente era una bodega lo unico que nos dijeron es que nos podrian un catre, la primer habitacion eran dos camas individuales y la segunda que nos dieron era una sola cama individal para dos personas (el costo que nos dieron fue de habitacion doble) por lo cual tuvimos que pedir un rembolso, la persona sabiendo que ellos la habian regado aun asi sigo con su prepotencia
 Terrible service the receptionist has no helpful sense, super despot they rented us a room, we liquidated it, we went out to dinner and when we returned they had already rented our room he just told us that he had made a mistake and they gave us one with tables above the bed practically it was a warehouse the only thing they told us is that they could give us a cot, the first room was two single beds and the second they gave us was a single bed for two people (the cost they gave us was for a double room) for which we had to ask for a refund, the person knowing that they had watered it even so I continue with their arrogance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Espacios medianos, el hotel en general es antiguo pero cuenta con los servicios publicados y el personal es muy amable.
Tiene la excepción de un aterraza en la que eventualmente se reúnen a tomar y hacen un poco de ruido, por lo demás está bien.
Medium in size, the hotel is generally old but has the published services and the staff is very friendly.
It has the exception of a terrace where they eventually meet for drinks and make a bit of noise, otherwise fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible, nos cancelaron a último momento con reserva y pago completo por un error y darle preferencia a otras personas y nos dieron una habitación que más bien parecía bodega con una camita individual y un catre. Atención del personal súper déspota apresar de que el error fue de ellos.
Horrible, they canceled us at the last minute with reservation and full payment due to an error and giving preference to other people and they gave us a room that looked more like a cellar with a single bed and a cot. Attention of the super despotic staff apprehend that the error was theirs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio. Nada recomendable el joven que está en la recepción actitud nefasta, tuvieron un error al registro y no nos apoyo nos rento habitación doble un catre y una cama individual no recomendable.
Very bad service. Not recommended at all the young man who is at the reception disastrous attitude, they had an error when registering and they did not support us, they rented us a double room, a cot and a single bed not recommended.
