Best Hotel in Mexico

A	Amadeo Berdou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No esta bien. Para mencionar algo positivo: ubicación y precio. Por lo demas, muy malo: sucio, sin (ninguna) atención a detalles, mala agua caliente, mal wifi, control remoto de tv no funciona, mala atención de los dueños. Hay varios lugares mucho mejores en Bernal, por el mismo precio… no lo recomiendo! Not well. To mention something positive: location and price. For the rest, very bad: dirty, without (any) attention to details, bad hot water, bad wifi, tv remote control does not work, bad attention from the owners. There are several much better places in Bernal, for the same price… I don't recommend it!

F	Fanny Monroy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llame para reservar y preguntar si estaba habilitada la alberca dijeron que si, al llegar no habían hecho mi reserva y me dieron otra habitación, me llevaron a otro edificio fuera del hotel que nada que ver con las fotos, hice la observación y me volvieron a llevar a otro edificio lejos del hotel para darme una habitación donde estaba la alberca que ni siquiera esta en funcionamiento, habia cabellos en las sábanas yo solo reserve por la alberca y nunca la pude usar, no lo recomiendo ya que por el mismo precio puedes encontrar algo mejor y mas cerca del centro, ademas solo t dejan en tu habitación y se desaparecen Call to reserve and ask if the pool was enabled, they said yes, upon arrival they had not made my reservation and they gave me another room, they took me to another building outside the hotel that had nothing to do with the photos, I made the observation and they returned to me take to another building far from the hotel to give me a room where the pool was that is not even in operation, there were hair on the sheets I only reserved for the pool and I could never use it, I do not recommend it since for the same price you can find something better and closer to the center, also they just leave you in your room and disappear

La construction es muy curiosa con escaleras y desniveles. No apto para llegar bebido, sería difícil encontrar el cuarto. There are two hotels with the same name and possibly the same owner.
