★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me hospedé el sábado 25 de septiembre, reserve una Master suite , lamentablemente no tienen nada que ver las fotos que publican con la realidad de las habitaciones, la habitación tenía mucho polvo, no se desde cuándo no la limpiaban a fondo,se supone que son de sus habitaciones más caras y son las más descuidadas, lo mencioné en la recepción y el solo se limitaron a decirme que me mandarían un WhatsApp para que les mandara las fotos de todo lo que había encontrado en la habitación. ?Tuve que salir a comprar productos para yo misma desinfectar y sanitizar la habitación. El servicio lo considero malo. Después quisimos usar el jacuzzi y tampoco servía , tuvieron que mandar una persona para arreglarlo en ese momento. En fin muy descuidadas las habitaciones y muy descuidado el servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente ubicación y el personal muy amable, en la habitación en la que me hospede la taza del sanitario se encontraba un poco despegada de la parte de abajo y eso ocasionaba que el agua se saliera al jalar la palanca generando que el piso del baño se mojara, se reporto a la recepción y nos llevaron un trapeador para limpiar. Si recomendaría poner más atención en ese detalle. De ahí en fuera todo bien y lo mejor es que cuenten con elevador ya que yo venía con una persona de la tercera edad y eso fue muy cómodo para ella. Gracias ?
Excellent location and very friendly staff, in the room where I stayed the toilet bowl was a little detached from the bottom and that caused the water to come out when pulling the lever causing the bathroom floor to get wet , reported to the reception and they brought us a mop to clean. If I would recommend paying more attention to that detail. From then on everything was fine and the best thing is that they have an elevator since I came with an elderly person and that was very comfortable for her. Thank you ?
