Hotel Rio - 33000 Delicias

I personally did not like it, when booking they gave a pressure and while there they gave another and with their hand on their waist, if you don't want to, look for another, the bathroom door did not close and it took like 3 hours to put cable on tv and last was fixed by my husband, 0 stars

The facilities are not the best I have been in, but for the price it is justified, I give it this rating because the bathroom drains were somewhat clogged, from there on out is fine.

Terrible reception even though there was a reservation. Personnel without knowledge of the area No measures of any kind regarding covid; Just for demanding a drawer from any of the 2 rented rooms, the owner or manager yelling at me from the reception to room 4. The TV controls and cable are not working, the bathroom door is in poor condition due to humidity. In room 18 the air conditioning did not work and it had an unpleasant smell. There is no hygiene or sanitation. The watchman and all the staff saying that there is no exclusivity in the parking lot, they do not respect your space. The very rude man when he told him that he would come out and ask him to leave the place for me at the end assigned was upset and said that they had already told him that since 3 in the afternoon I was nagging and it would be better if he did not see me there again, very disrespectful. Terrible service, hotel and especially the staff.

The single room is comfortable for one night but not for longer.

Terrible service. Simple and very expensive rooms. The lousy shower water accumulates in the entire bathroom. I don't recommend it at all.
