The rooms are nice, when priced $35-$45 The WIFI, TV, and AIRCON frequently are NOT WORKING. The food is good+ and the drinks are a bit weak, but ok Generally very quiet, and little business.

The bedrooms were very cute. You can tell its an older hotel that's made updates here and there. Overall I thought it was nice. My party had 3 rooms, stayed for 2 nights. They were well presented and comfortable. I was happy with my stay. I will however say that the cleaning was lacking. There were several things that were dirty, that should not have been, for example the sink faucet and the area around it. That's obviously something that is used daily and should be cleaned as such, however it was signicantly dirty the day we arrived and was not cleaned during our stay. In a second room, the shower curtain had black spots. We took a white rag to the metal balcony chairs and the rag came out black. A couple unused rooms were left open that I was able to see from the hallway. One was a room with a full size bed, it was nice looking. The other was probably their biggest room available, a king size bed with a kitchenette. It looked nice as well. We could hear people outside our room in the hallway, noise from the street outside, and neighboring rooms. Pool is smaller. Full of kids on the weekend. We were the only ones on a Monday and were able to enjoy a nice private swim. Most rooms only allow 2 people per room. I believe some rooms might allow a couple more but you pay for each additional person. Prices online are significantly cheaper than directly from the hotel. Also, they give you one room card per room. Assumingly the reason being that the card is used to power the electricity in the room, and they do not want us leaving the electricity on while we're not there. We managed fine, but it was a tiny inconvenience as my roommate would have to open the door for me everytime I came back to the room, as I could not carry a key to open the room without leaving her without electricity while I was gone lol. The room temperature was not bad when we would come back from being gone all day, and the room cooled down quickly so that wasn't a problem. The staff at the reception area were very friendly and helpful!

Staying here for the night before a long flight. Only here until the morning of 12/2. Got here in the evening. Decent pool area but the wifi cuts out so much… for 121$ you’d think they’d give you do more space :/ and some good wifi. It is right next to the beach though

The traffic is constant and noisy. My internet cuts out several times a day. The night lights outside shine into the room all night with no way to cover it up. Other than that the room is clean and it is very central location. Restaurant and pool are both OK.

Poor staff. After checking in and carrying my bags to my room at 347pm.. the concierge ran after me and told me they do not want "people like me" staying there. Asked to leave and still waiting on my refund. I do not recommend

Room was priced well and excelent location at the base of the Malecón. They really need to upgrade the noisy AF old air conditioning system to heat pumps.

This hotel is in an excellent location and had very professional and polite staff. The rooms are against a busy road but there wasn’t any noticeable noise after 9pm on the weekend so don’t be dissuaded by reviews that suggest otherwise. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the TV worked fine. I found plenty to entertain myself on youtube. The bathrooms are stocked with towels and soap/shampoo. The sink water pressure was a bit lacking but enough to wash your hands which is all that matters. The front desk staff graciously honored my request for an additional pillow. I did not use the pool or restaurant but both looked very nice. For the price, location, and service - 5 Stars. Would stay again.
