Very nice hotel, the rooms are spotless and with this amazing distribution: one queen size bed and two full beds. Great when traveling with the whole family, kids can have their own beds and you get to fully rest. Just one block from downtown, best place to stay in Tequisquiapan.

It's an excelent choice for a hotel of you want to stay in Tequisquiapan, it's close to the main square and with parking lot it makes transportation easy. We had a junior suite and the rooms are clean, with cable TV, a safety deposit box, hot shower. The WiFi has a weak signal so we we had none in the room. The pool on the hotel is nice for kids, not too deep but also it depends on the weather so it wasn't always at a warmth temperature. We only tried some snacks on the hotel and were good but cannot say much about the food at the hotel. The people at the lobby were always helpful and they can give you directions if you want a guided tour of go out by yourself. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is in great condition but the provided service was terrible. Since the moment that we arrived everyone treated us like if we couldn’t afford our stay (my partner and I are both 26 y/o). Everytime we asked for anything they repeatedly told us that it had an extra fee and whenever we needed something they first double-checked with the manager. We were planning to stay for 4 nights. We cancelled after the first one.

Hotel has been remodeled and looks great. Garden and pool are awesome. Beds are not the best ones but the hotel location is so convenient if you enjoy walking small distances to the town center. Be sure to book in advance so you can get better prices.

Our room on this trip was very small and bathroom with no place to put toiletries. Room 15, the older part of the hotel. Pool warm and garden area lovely. Have been at hotel on several occasions and will go back, ensuring I get room in. newer section.

Had a very comfortable 2 night stay, but the restaurant served only just warm food.

This is a great place to stay in Tequisquiapan. We booked this online, so we weren't sure that it would truly match the pictures and description. We were not disappointed! This is a beautiful property, and we would highly recommend it. We didn't rent a car, and were able to walk to the town square each day. The walk is enjoyable, taking maybe 10 minutes, and we found ourselves taking pictures right and left of all the quaint streets with their flowering trees that they train to vine up the sides of the buildings. There are cute little shops everywhere, as well as ice cream shops where you can get paletas of all flavors that are really refreshing on a hot day. Back to the hotel. The rooms are all accessed from outside, and surround the central area that is like a beautiful park. The swimming pool is in the middle, but is so surrounded by trees and vegetation, that you can be swimming, and people can't easily see you. There are stone walkways lined with gorgeous plants, that make it feel like you're in a jungle. Also, there are numerous orange trees on the property whose flowers give off the most amazing scent. The workers are helpful and friendly, and do a great job of keeping up the grounds and rooms. If COVID is a concern of yours (it isn't for us), you will be happy to know that all the workers wear face masks, and guests are required to wear them in the main areas. Cleanliness is obviously a priority. And lastly, we loved how peaceful and quiet this place was during the week. They do play music on the grounds during the day, but don't start until 10 AM or so. And they turned it off around 7-8PM. Some people might find the bathrooms to be quite small, but that wasn't a problem with us. The sinks are pedestal style, and there isn't really a surface to put things, so we just carried a bedside table into the bathroom, and set it next to the sink! There's no bathroom fan, but there is a window that can be opened. There are very few hotels in Tequisquiapan that have air conditioned rooms, and if that is important for you (it is for us), you will be happy to know that this hotel has individual air conditioners in each room that work well. If you prefer fresh air, you can open the windows that have screens. Beautiful hotel in a beautiful town!
